(1) Introduction and principle

YKJD liquid level control relay is a new liquid level electrical signaling control devices, mainly used for tank liquid position and liquid source of the motor automatic control or alarm, with a compact, sensitive control, simple installation and so on. Figure 1 is a cross-sectional view of the device and installation dimensions, while working with the liquid level float raised or lowered, when the upper level will rise or float down the sender position, normally closed relay contact closure, normally open contact open or normally closed contacts disconnect, normally open contact closure, in order to achieve automatic shutdown or alarm.

(2) Application examples

1, Figure 2 is the case in the fuel tank applications, when the liquid level is below the required position, level control relay YKJD action: 1 and 2 off, relay C coil power, pump motor stops working.

2 and 3 is used in the hydraulic tank for liquid level control and alarm signaling device, when the liquid level below the required level control relay: 1 and 3 is turned on, the alarm is working.
