INTRODUCTION

The XNL series return line filter is a new type filter. It is used in the return line of hydraulic system to remove all the contaminants and keep the oil cleaning when the oil returns to the tank. Thisseries filter has some features as follow: a) it can be installed on the top of tank; b) The check valve will not let the oil flow out of the tank during maintenance the contaminants inside the element can be taken out when changing the element; c) there is a by-pass valve on the top of element, whenthe pressure drop across the filter element attains 0.4MPa, the valve will open to protect the hydraulic system safety; d) the permanent magnets inside the filter can filter the magnetic particles above 1μm dia. from the oil.

If you chose XNL series filter, the indicator should be equipped. When the pressure drop across the element reaches 0.35MPa, the element must be changed.

This series of filters has the following characteristics:

(a) directly mounted in the tank, simplifying the piping system, saving space, allowing the system more compact layout.

(b) with a self-sealing valve: When servicing the system, the fuel tank of the oil does not flow back. When replacing the filter, you can filter pollutants out together within the fuel tank, so the oil will not drain.

(c) with a bypass valve: When the filter is clogged pollutants cause when the pressure reached 0.35MPa, if not immediately replaced the filter, located at the top of the filter bypass valve will automatically open (which is a differential pressure of 0.4MPa), in order to protection system is working properly;

(d) with a magnetic device: it can filter out the oil back to the oil ferromagnetic particles above 1μm. Users choose XNL series of filters, be sure to configure pressure sender device, when the filter is clogged dirt to a differential pressure of 0.35MPa, filter should be replaced.
